At Cantina de
Ventozelo, between informal lunches, more traditional dinner service, late
afternoons on the terrace with a privileged view over the Quinta and Douro,
each meal is a set of sensory experiences.
Open to guests
and public in general, Cantina de Ventozelo is a renovated space, where in the
old days, the farm workers meals were served. All courses are made using, as
much as possible, ingredients produced at the Quinta and in the Region,
ensuring sustainability and a low ecological impact.
